Each week, PrimeTime Lacrosse will be posting lacrosse specific workouts for players looking to take their game to the next level. 50 Right Hand Wall Ball
15 Pushups
50 Left Hand Wall Ball
15 Air Squats

*If you drop the ball the rep does not count. This is to be completed as quickly as possible. Record your time at the end of workout. You can either use an actual wall or throwback.*
